Hello, I’m Joshua, a Licensed Master Social Worker. I believe true transformation occurs when people lean into discomfort and challenge; they can grow and overcome life's most adverse circumstances. I support individuals, families, and couples to navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, life transitions, strained relationships, managing stress, and co-occurring concerns through empathy. My approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on building resilience and empowering individuals in a supportive, non-judgmental, collaborative environment to gain insight and skills to improve their life.
