Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona. I provide general mental health counseling for teens (13+) and adults with a specialization in treating Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). While you don't need to have a substance use issue to see me, I do have personal experience navigating those challenges. While my approach to treatment is eclectic based on individual needs, I generally employ interventions from CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
