Every person is inherently worthy, but it can sometimes be difficult to recognize or embrace that truth. Small changes often lead to bigger transformations, and if you’re like me, you might want to fix everything today. As a gay man with my own recovery journey, and as a professional with ADHD, I’ve often felt the pressure to not only fit in but to be perfect. But it’s that pursuit of perfection that can lead to issues like anxiety, depression, relational stressors, addiction, or simply feeling stuck. Together, we’ll work toward silencing the inner critic and instead build a life that is purposeful, passionate, and authentic.
