I'm accepting new clients and same week appointments are available! I'm Joshua and I offer compassionate, ethical, and thoughtful therapy with you and your goals in mind. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients struggling with a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship and marital issues, substance use and process addictions, as well as severe and persistent mental illness. I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy including CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, MBSR, and Expressive Writing to help you obtain your goals. I appreciate coming alongside anyone and charting a new path.
