I believe all people are doing the best they can with what they have, and that no one has to be stuck in their current circumstances. I work with individuals, couples, and families to empower them to be a little better today than they were yesterday. I work to help my clients find the root of the problem, to determine the best path to healing and to improve their life and relationships. I will use approaches that meet you where you are at, and tailor the therapy to fit your specific needs, while helping you face and navigate adverse life experiences that perpetuate underlying struggles and/or current obstacles along the way.
