I am passionate about helping people that are experiencing anxiety, depression, issues with emotional regulation, experiencing an SPMI, or an adjustment disorder. I can help with navigating life transitions, divorce, communication issues, anger issues, and the effects of trauma. I enjoy working with the individual as well as group therapy.
