Welcome! Finding a therapist can feel overwhelming - my hope is to offer a space that feels human, supportive, and genuine. I value this work deeply and believe meaningful therapy happens when I show up with authenticity, warmth, humor, and creativity. I work with people from all walks of life and welcome all identities, while specializing in young adult men navigating emotions, relationships, sex/sexuality, identity, and life transitions. I see individuals and relationships and support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational changes (ENM, etc.), and substance use, with a great passion for the LGBTQ+ community.
