I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, family estrangement, loneliness, or relational conflict. Maybe you feel stuck and overwhelmed, or in conflict with someone who matters to you. I work often with over thinkers who struggle to get out of their head, make consistent changes, or make progress.
