Dr. Limbert provides individual psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults, treating a wide range of concerns, including: Anxiety, depression, and trauma. Dr. Limbert is a licensed School Psychologist, with extensive experience working with children and adolescents experiencing school adjustment issues, interpersonal/social conflicts, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder). His approach to therapy is collaborative, relational, and strengths-based, emphasizing the importance of establishing trust, a sense of safety, and mutual respect as the foundation of therapy.
