It is my goal to provide a safe and trusting environment where clients feel free to share thoughts, emotions and patterns of behavior, which may be causing impairment in relationships and life in general. Primarily, my practice is focused on couples therapy and helping to repair and build healthy relationships. Life can be overwhelming and filled with difficult transitions at all ages. I use a variety of theoretical approaches and strategies in an effort to best meet each client's unique situation and needs. In marital therapy, I utilize an eclectic approach including attachment theory principles to help resolve marital conflict.
