I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a passion for helping others and have worked in the field of mental health for 5 years. When conducting therapy, I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, humanistic approaches, and other strength-based approaches. I first found a passion for helping others when working as a personal trainer and majoring in kinesiology. Later, I stumbled upon sports psychology, which caught my interest, and ultimately I switched my major to psychology.
