You might be tired of carrying pain alone and want a space where you can be seen, heard, and helped. I work with people who are ready for change, even if they're not sure where to start, and who long for healing, connection, and hope for their future. I believe your story matters. I help individuals and couples explore their stories and parts utilizing Internal Family Systems therapy and Narrative Therapy. This approach can lead to healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. With patience and curiosity, we work to unburden pain, foster resilience, and create lasting emotional and relational growth.
