In my work as a psychotherapist, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate a wide variety of challenges. At its foundation, I believe that therapy is relational; it encourages immense vulnerability and asks us to place our trust in someone entirely new. The most rewarding sessions can emerge from intimate, yet difficult, conversations. When I meet with clients, I hope to nurture a safe, warm, and affirming environment, while inviting curiosity and collaboration throughout the therapeutic journey.
