As a clinician I have worked with people from all walks of life and backgrounds in both the inpatient and outpatient settings over the last five years. Over the years I have worked with folks experiencing different challenges and symptoms, but my primary experience is with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, or adjustment to life changes. My goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to feel in-control of their lives, improve day-to-day function, and help process emotions or thoughts that feel stuck. Ideally my clients will complete services feeling confident and capable of handling whatever life throws their way.
