Whether it be day to day stressors, or extreme scenarios that took you by surprise I am here to assist you in navigating the lasting impacts of the trauma, anxiety, and/or depression that came with the scenario. With several years of diverse practice within both an inpatient psychiatric hospital and in outpatient general mental health settings, I have vast experience in the treatment of both severe mental illness and general mental health issues. Utilizing an approach that is individualized to each of my client’s needs I hope to formulate the same perfect treatment plan for you as you face your own unique situations.
