Growing a practice in the Seacoast communities (specifically located in Portsmouth, NH & Wells, ME). I am a multi-licensed Mental Health Counselor (ME & NH) and Master's Level - Licensed Drug & Alcohol Counselor (NH) committed to helping those in need learn how to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I’m passionate about working with diverse clientele. My specialties include extensive work with Relationship issues, addiction/alcoholism treatment, OCD, family issues, LGBTQIA+ challenges, mens issues, and along with co-occurring disorders. My specialties include interventions stemming from evidenced-based approaches including ERP, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I intend to meet you where you are at, then help guide you to improved wellness to live a life of quality.
