I believe that everyone needs help. Everyone struggles, but some of our struggles are harder to talk about than others. Sometimes life can be so difficult, and it can feel like you are alone with no one to support you. The good news is that even if you feel that way now, you don’t have to stay there. In my life, I have had many wonderful people who have come alongside me when I’ve been struggling. It would be my honor to do the same for you.
