As a professional counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness in life. Seeking help is a sign of strength and I'm glad you are here. I’ve been in the mental health field for 18 years. Many of my clients are in life transitions managing anxiety, depression, grief, academic or professional struggles. I work with people ages 13 and up from a variety of backgrounds. As a Catholic Christian I understand the significance of spirituality in a person's development.
