She’s spent her life being the bridge for others—between cultures, between people, between worlds. Now, she feels the weight of always holding it together while quietly feeling disconnected herself. She longs for a place to finally set that weight down, to be heard without judgment, and to rediscover her voice. My own journey—immigrating to the U.S. as an infant, learning English before my parents, and living between two cultures—taught me deep empathy. I combine that lived understanding with my faith and clinical skill to help her heal, find clarity, and step confidently into the life she was meant to live.
