I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (AADC) serving adults, adolescents, families, and couples in St. Maries and throughout North Idaho. I offer a calm, supportive space where people can slow down, feel heard, and work through challenges in a way that feels genuine and respectful. My approach is collaborative, relational, and individualized. I draw from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
