Many of my clients struggle with neurodivergence, burnout, grief, and trauma, and as a nonbinary person, I believe in fostering a safe, affirming, judgment-free space for them work through their struggles without shame. I come from a person-centered approach, and believe that relationships built on trust are the most important asset to healing and growing.
