Hi, I’m Josie, a licensed BCBA therapist & a Doctoral Practicum Therapist in my third year of the Clinical Psychology PsyD program at Capella University. I am currently receiving supervision from Dr. Mansur, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and Ms. Guanzon, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My clinical work is grounded in a deep commitment to providing accessible, evidence-based mental health treatment to individuals and families across CA. I specialize in addressing a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, Autism, Parenting issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, OCD, relational problems & personal concerns. I’m particularly passionate about working with neurodiverse clients & those from underserved communities. Drawing from cognitive behavioral, person-centered and behavioral therapies I tailor a treatment plan to the unique needs of my clients. I integrate social skills training and emotional regulation strategies to support long-term relief.
