Feelings of emotional pain, depression or anxiety, alert us that important needs are not being met. When needs are not met we feel vulnerable and require protection. As a psychoanalyst I work with the whole person to find less taxing forms of protection so that fears, social withdrawal or repetitive attempts at safety become less necessary. I encourage relaxed communication at a very comfortable pace to nurture a greater sense of safety so your drive for freedom naturally leads you to the life you want. I work to resolve depression, creative blocks, OCD, trauma, romantic difficulties, and problems at work.
