My main areas of interest include using cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal processing therapy to support client I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and everyday life stressors. I really enjoy working with both adults and children. I appreciate the opportunity to tailor my approach and meet clients where they're at, whether that's exploring thought patterns in adults or thinking of creative strategies to engage with children.
