Searching for a therapist may be exciting, but also a bit intimidating. I can appreciate how you may be feeling. Don't let this stop you from making important life changes. Working as a therapist in many different settings has made me realize that the key to effective therapy is your comfort. I will do my best to create a safe environment, one in which we will work together to achieve your goals. My clients experience me as warm, open-minded and professional. I try not to take myself too seriously but when the time comes to address more serious issues, I pride myself on being a non-judgmental listener. I understand that every person is unique and so, I believe it is important to collaborate with you to develop a therapeutic plan that will best fit your needs. I blend evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support a greater sense of wellbeing
