I work with clients of all ages with an array of issues or struggles, including mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict or stressors, life transitions, challenges, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The majority of my clients are seeking validation, emotional support, feedback on personal issues, and tools to help them regulate, cope, or heal for various reasons. Some bring in a history of trauma, worry, uncertainty, fear of the unknown, relational difficulties, interpersonal struggles, self-esteem problems, and others may be looking for brief therapy to address a specific issue.
