Working with young women is my jam, but I also love working with teens (13+), college students, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, difficulty with life transitions, identity concerns, relationship issues, and even those struggling with choosing a career and maybe finding a new one! My background prior to counseling sets me up for success in the women's empowerment department - if you're needing a cheerleader as you make a big decision or the next big step, I'm your girl. Also, I strongly believe in the power of movement. As a dancer & fitness instructor, I love when clients experience what a little movement can do for their soul.
