Welcome to Journey to Peace Therapy! I specialize in working with individuals who have endured so much and have experienced some type of trauma- childhood abuse, relational trauma, family dysfunction, narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, religious trauma and are carrying the ongoing impact of this trauma into current relationships, routines, and daily functioning. Oftentimes this presents itself as anxiety, depression, anger, attachment style difficulties, or PTSD. I also specialize in treating personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, suicidal ideation, bipolar disorder, psychotic disorders, and caregiver support.
