We are a person centered practice which means that we meet you where you are in your life’s journey and provide individualized care. There are no one size fits all approaches in our office. We don’t just consider your illness, problems and limitations, but also your strengths and potential, to help you become the best, most authentic version of yourself. We have providers with different skills and backgrounds. Whether you are dealing with loss, a recent stressor or chronic issues, therapy is a great way to learn coping, build confidence and self-esteem, solve problems and make meaning out of the complexities of life as a human.
