I specialize in helping clients heal from trauma, especially relational and complex trauma (cPTSD, PTSD). I work with a wide range of clients, including veterans, first responders, neurodivergent individuals, and those struggling with anxiety, ADHD, depression, or BPD. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can safely process, explore, and grow. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, honoring your pace, your resilience, and your goals. My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing happens when we reconnect with the wisdom of our bodies and the parts of ourselves that have learned to protect us. I integrate somatic practices, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), and EMDR to support nervous system regulation and emotional healing.
