About
My training is based in trauma and its impact on the mind, body, and sense of self. I believe in the power of storytelling; in the stories that have shaped our lived experience, and the ways in which stories help us to make meaning of the world around us. Much of life is a paradox, and within the therapeutic space, we build the capacity to manage opposing truths, and when needed, challenge the stories that inhibit us from feeling more fulfilled and connected to ourself and others.
