I love working with adults of all ages and have a heart for supporting women through their journey into motherhood, both pre- and post-partum. I love getting to know people from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives than my own and engage in ongoing training to do my very best to serve our diverse community well. I provide individual therapy for adults, as well as skills-based DBT groups. Specialties: Anxiety and depression, perinatal mental health, trauma, faith/integration, stress, life transitions, multicultural counseling, family of origin, and relationship issues. Approach: I use a DBT-informed and person-centered approach, incorporating mindfulness skills, CBT, Psychodynamic, Trauma-Informed, Somatic, and creative techniques as needed.
