Life can be chaotic and sometimes we need help navigating the challenges that beset us. I am here to provide a non-judgmental and caring space wherein you, your child, or your teenager can sort out your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and values. Whether you are seeking treatment for Autism or ADHD, or just needing a trusted therapist to visit with your child, I will do my best to make a connection and help out. Everyone deserves a helping hand, no matter what you or your child are facing. Before coming to Family Psychological Services, I worked as a school social worker, using art and play therapy as well as cognitive behavioral treatments and brain-based models to help children understand their own thoughts and feelings while learning to express themselves in a clearer and more appropriate manner.
