I am a licensed mental health counselor passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and work through the mental and emotional barriers that get in the way of living authentically and meaningfully. Therapy is a personal journey toward understanding and acceptance, an invitation to slow down, reflect, and create space for clarity, connection, and change. Life can be overwhelming at times, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, depleted, or unsupported.
