As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at Cambridge Psychology Group, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and connected environment where we can hold your pain, together. I hope to explore with you the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that can be key in becoming unstuck, living by your values, and building a meaningful life. With my own history as a competitive athlete, I especially appreciate the connection between the mind and body and know how much we all can use a great coach, and teammates in life.
