Hi, I'm Joy, and I've been a licensed professional counselor for over 23 years. I've been fortunate to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences. We are all unique humans, with different traumas and experiences, there are many commonalities that connect us, to help us feel less alone and more fulfilled. Understanding how our thoughts influence our feelings, attitudes, and life experiences can be incredibly powerful, providing a sense of acceptance and liberation.
