I am a retiree from the Air Force and am now a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing couples therapy, family therapy, and individual therapy to address a variety of issues, including relationship stressors, anxiety, depression, improving communication, increasing intimacy in relationships, and navigating life’s ever-present challenges. In therapy I’ll work with you to make sense of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and improve communication to better manage conflict while building a deeper connection with yourself and others and a more fulfilling life.
