I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist who provides children, adolescents and adults the opportunity to process difficult issues in a safe, gentle and caring environment. Establishing and maintaining a confidential, trusting therapeutic relationship is essential to my clients meeting their goals. I have worked successfully with clients who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, women's issues, autism and more. I have extensive experience and training in Play Therapy, CBT, DBT and am EMDRIA trained for EMDR.
