It takes courage to reach out for therapy isn't always easy. It isn't always easy to slow down & face the parts of life that are overwhelming. I'm an LCSW who works with teens & adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relational and family challenges, general life stressors & grief. I believe that healing happens through connection & understanding your story. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and safe to process & identify the source of specific emotional and behavioral patterns.
