I am a New York based Korean American social worker and clinician. My particular areas of interest is working with transracial intercountry adoptees, classical musicians, artists and creatives and members of the Asian American diaspora. I have an eclectic approach to the work of discovering self thru trauma informed psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, Brainspotting and self compassion.
