If you are feeling stressed, depressed, anxious or overwhelmed with your personal relationships or work life, I have over 50 methods in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you. I also use the very successful Gottman Method to help with conflicts in marriage and relationships. I seek to get to the core issues and self-defeating beliefs so you can truly heal yourself and find your joy in life again. I offer Telehealth (Zoom) sessions from my office to the comfort of your home. I do not take insurance at this time, but I offer a sliding scale on an individual basis to those who need it.
