Let’s face it, if you’re reading this you or your young person are struggling. I work virtually with youth (ages 10 +) and young adults navigating a multitude of challenges. I often support clients with managing depression, anxiety, high sensitivity and other forms of neurodivergence, or who are navigating change and learning about self and identity (including gender and sexuality). Do you need to get to know yourself better or learn a new skill? To work through shame and give yourself permission to do you? Life can be hard and sometimes we need a little extra help.
