My goal is to facilitate your experience of healing. I have a holistic approach and can tailor my approach to fit your unique mental health needs. I am a compassionate and caring listener. I will also challenge you to change and grow. I provide gender-affirming, culturally-sensitive, weight inclusive and trauma-informed care. I have advanced experience in multiple areas, including eating disorder recovery, LGBTQIA+ identity exploration, trauma recovery and harm reduction. I also am quite good at supporting treatment-resistant anxiety and depression, as well as psychotic and dissociative disorders.
