I provide therapy to adults, adolescents, and families who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, separation, grief and loss, or you may have something that feels overwhelming to you. I create an environment of openness and acceptance where you will be able to work towards healing and growth. I believe in a strength based, client centered, family systems approach that keeps in mind the numerous events that shape our lives and how our early attachments formulate future relationships.
