Reach out. Let's connect. My desire is to provide a collaborative, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment for clients that fosters emotional healing, growth, and positive change. I use a trauma informed approach that is person-centered, solution-focused and designed to meet my client's individualized needs and goals. I have completed both the Basic & Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) training. ART can provide relief and trauma resolution in as few as 1-5 sessions. With over 25 years in education as a teacher, literacy coach and school counselor I am also passionate about working with children ages 8 and over. If needed I can help navigate the 504 process.
