For over 18 years, I have shared my knowledge of evidenced-based skills with my clients to promote their transformation in becoming centered, balanced, revitalized, and aligned with their values, desires, and goals. I am deeply committed to providing my clients with a safe, nurturing, and judgment-free zone, where they can freely explore, experiment, and express themselves. I have completed three years of somatic training through Somatic Experiencing International, and I enjoy blending cutting-edge therapeutic interventions with holistic spiritual practices.
