I work with adults who are carrying a lot, anxiety, emotional overload, burnout (especially within helping roles), life transition, identity stress, and the quite, persistent pressure to hold everything together while feeling unseen or exhausted inside. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, deeply caring individuals who have spent years tending to others, often at the expense of themselves. Therapy becomes a place to finally pause. A space to slow down, make sense of the why beneath long-standing patterns, and gently reconnect with yourself in ways that feel more compassionate, honest, and sustainable.
