I named my practice Restore because I believe that counseling can offer you the opportunity to bring back the feeling of wholeness you may have once felt in life. I believe in the importance and beauty of life. When life changes it can be an opportunity for you to gain new skills to deal with your emotions. Just like you would see a doctor or set exercise goals, your emotional health is just as important to your overall health.
