I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern, that enjoys working with young adults with a variety of concerns. I have experience with grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression, and come to session wanting to get to know all of someone. In addition to EMDR training, I always felt that our previous experience shape who we are; we are a collection of our memories and experiences within this lifetime, so how do we get to know those parts of ourselves and how they operate? I love working with college aged adults moving through life adjustments and individuals in their 20s that are navigating relationships and post healing.
