I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I received my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, and my practice is guided by the belief that life experience—our struggles, transitions, and personal growth—plays a vital role in helping clients navigate their own challenges. I bring both clinical expertise and grounded, real-world understanding to the therapeutic relationship. I specialize in supporting clients through adverse life events, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or relational stress.
